We experience stress in our daily life and in varying degrees. Stress is something quite familiar to us. Stress in small proportion can be a good thing as it may give you the push you need to work harder. But if the stress is too much to bear it might cause so adverse effect on your mind and body. When a person feels stress out he/she become anxiety about the outcome of an event and fear is an indicator of stress. He/she becomes moody and often irritable. He/she suffers from a negative frame of mind and bear low self-esteem. They are not confident of their capability and are afraid to encounter failure. The physiological and behavioral symptoms of strain that are noticed in a stressed out person includes speech problems, impulsive behavior, perspiration, trembling, nervousness which can be followed by nervous voice tone and increased heart beat, dryness of mouth, frequent urination, easily getting tired, insomnia and sleeping disorders, grinding of teeth, crying out with no apparent reason, increase intake of alcohol, smoke or use of drugs. Even diarrhea, nausea, pain in the neck or lower back, loss of appetite are an indicator of stress.

The symptoms of stress are quite a few but dealing with stress is easy. If you think you are bearing any symptoms of strain among the ones stated above you should try coping with stress before it gets too late. Taking too much of stress for a long duration of time can make the situation worse off for the person. Before it becomes too late, necessary treatment should be adopted to ensure a healthy life for the individual. Coping with stress is easy, just try it out.
